Operation Lunchbox is a Georgia-based nonprofit dedicated to making sure no child goes home hungry. Through weekend meal bags, large-scale feeding projects, and strong community partnerships, we serve children and families across 35 counties. Our work is fueled by volunteers, donors, local organizations, and corporate partners who believe every child deserves reliable access to food.

We support children and families through three primary efforts:
You help us send students home with kid friendly foods they can open and enjoy on their own. These meals carry them through weekends when school meals are not available.
You can host a packing party at your workplace, church, school, or community space. We bring the supplies and your group comes together to pack hundreds of weekend food bags in a fun and meaningful event that makes a real impact.
With the support of partners like Chick-fil-A, Dollar General, Anderson Windows, and Georgia Power, we take on large efforts that reach thousands of children and families at one time.
Operation Lunchbox began in 2015 with one small act of compassion. Our founder saw firsthand how many children depend on school meals and how weekends can become a silent struggle for food. What started as a few packed bags has now grown into a statewide effort.
Today, we serve 35 counties and continue to expand our reach through partnerships with Chick-fil-A, Dollar General, Anderson Windows, Georgia Power, and many others. Our story is built on community. Every step of our growth has come from people who wanted to make a difference.
